After your initial medical evaluation you start on your choice of 5 Medifast meals (soups, shakes, chili, bars, etc.) and one Lean and Green meal (meat, fish or poultry with vegetables) daily. You can lose 2-5 pounds per week without hunger or muscle loss.

Medication and/or supplements are prescribed when warranted. With this program as well you’ll have regular evaluations to help you reach and maintain your long-term goals.
