Perlane® is another hyaluronic acid filler made by the company that makes Restylane® but Perlane® has a larger gel particle size. This quality makes Perlane® a more effective filler to lift deeper skin wrinkles like deep nasolabial folds, the corners under the mouth and facial depressions. Because of it's larger gel size it's also a good filler like Juvederm Ultra Plus or Radiesse for adding volume to the upper cheeks or the chin.
