Cynthia Elliott, M.D. is a board certified physician who has been in practice in the Tampa Bay area since 1990. With a practice devoted exclusively to cosmetic medicine and laser procedures she has the experience and the passion to provide the most state-of-the-art customized medical techniques with beautiful, natural-appearing results.
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Elliott obtained her M.D. from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and then completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Denver General Hospital and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
Before attending medical school she was enrolled in the Ph.D. program in Physiological Psychology at Indiana University where she taught and did research. She has been on staff at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital, University Community Hospital, Mease Countryside Hospital and served on the faculty of the USF School of Medicine. Currently Dr. Elliott serves as an Expert Witness in Cosmetic Medicine for the Florida Board of Medicine.
When cosmetic medicine began to emerge as a new area of medicine, Dr. Elliott did 2 years of training in cosmetic dermatology as well as in aesthetic lasers and other new nonsurgical techniques. Since then she has devoted her career exclusively to cosmetic medicine has become one of the most experienced aesthetic physicians in Tampa Bay. She opened her cosmetic medical practice named Skinspirations in 2005.
Because of her reputation and experience with aesthetic injectables she has been chosen by Allergan, the company that makes Botox® Cosmetic and Juvederm™, to be a speaker as well as a physician instructor. She also is a national and international trainer for Cutera Lasers, training other physicians in the use of aesthetic lasers in skin of all colors. Allergan awarded Dr. Elliott and Skinspirations Platinum status for being one of the busiest injectors of Botox® Cosmetic in the country.

Dr. Elliott resides in the Clearwater area with her spousal equivalant Rick, 3 cats, and 2 dogs. In her free time she enjoys tormenting Rick, watching independent films, killing house plants, and scuba diving.

Gale Pingleton, Medical Aesthetician
Originally from Maryland, Gale is a licensed aesthetician with over 20 years of medical experience. Gale provides a wide assortment of medical level skin treatments not available in a salon or spa in addition to customized facials and has a devoted following among our patients. She'll be happy to develop a skin care program based on your individual goals and concerns. She has 3 daughters, 2 grandchildren and lives all the way over in Ruskin with her husband Austin. Alison Wright, Office Manager
Allison Wright, our office manager, has extensive experience in plastic surgery and cosmetic medicine and goes out of her way to give every patient special attention. She's originally from Massachusetts, has 2 grown daughters, a dog, and lives with her husband Jeff in Palm Harbor. Allison would like to travel if she didn't work so many hours and she definitely has a weakness for shoes. |

Michele Harris, Patient Coordinator
Michele recently joined our team as our Patient Coordinator, coming to us from a highly respected aesthetic practice in south Tampa. She's had over 4 years experience in cosmetic medicine and is also an aesthetician. Michele has 2 chihuahas and a wicked sense of humor.
Rick LePrevost, RN, Certified Laser Technician
Rick LePrevost is our laser tattoo removal expert but is also a Lieutenant with the St. Petersburg Fire Department, a Flight Nurse with Bayflite, and a paramedic. Rick's originally from Cleveland but has lived here since 1986. He has 3 grown kids, Adam, Lindsey & Austen, who have all followed in one of his career paths except for the tattoo thing.
Jennifer Wilson, Massage Therapist (MA 37275) Endermologie & Lipomassage
Another stable Midwesterner, Jennifer Wilson is originally from Minnesota. She is a licensed massage therapist and is also certified in Endermologie including Lipomassage. Jennifer's favorite pastime is golf and she lives with her man Dan in Safety Harbor.
Jeanne Wind, Financial Affairs & Records Officer
Jeanne Wind has been with us essentially since we started, despite a temporary move to Miami and that crazy phase where she thought she wanted to retire.She has over 30 years of medical experience including over 15 years in cosmetic medicine and dermatology. Jeanne is from Mondovi, Wisconsin, don'cha know, and has one daughter and 2 grandchildren. She's an award-winning ballroom dancer and likes to catch up on her "soaps" in her free time.
Rhonda Wilkins, Special Events
Rhonda Wilkins is our only Florida native and she's one of our previous patient coordinators who still helps out with special events. She's enthusiastic and relentlessly positive which makes everyone's day that much brighter. Rhonda lives with her husband Mark and has 1 child out of the house and another still in college.
