The staff of an office can make your experience great or unpleasant and our staff is not only one of the friendliest (see them do the Harlem Shake) & most knowledgable, they have over 100 years of combined medical experience. Hopefully we don't look it. Here's some information about each of us so you'll feel like you already know us.
Cynthia Elliott, M.D., Board Certified Owner of Skinspirations

Cynthia Elliott, M.D. is a board certified physician who has been in practice in the Tampa Bay area since 1990. With a practice devoted exclusively to cosmetic medicine and laser procedures since 2005, she has the experience and the passion to provide the most state-of-the-art customized medical techniques with beautiful, natural-appearing results.

She is also a wimp. The benefit for patients is that she treats everyone as if they too are wimps, making treatments as comfortable as possible.
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Elliott obtained her M.D. from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and then completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Denver General Hospital and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
Before attending medical school she was enrolled in the Ph.D. program in Physiological Psychology at Indiana University where she taught and did research. She has been on staff at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital, University Community Hospital, Mease Countryside Hospital and served on the faculty of the USF School of Medicine. Currently Dr. Elliott serves as an Expert Witness in Cosmetic Medicine for the Florida Board of Medicine.
When cosmetic medicine began to emerge as a new area of medicine, Dr. Elliott did 2 years of training in cosmetic dermatology as well as in aesthetic lasers and other new nonsurgical techniques. Since then she has devoted her career exclusively to cosmetic medicine and is now one of the most experienced aesthetic physicians in Tampa Bay. She opened her cosmetic medical practice named Skinspirations in 2005.
Because of her reputation and experience with aesthetic injectables, she has been chosen by Allergan, the company that makes Botox® Cosmetic and Juvederm™, to be a speaker as well as a physician instructor. Suneva Medical, the makers of the first FDA approved permanent dermal filler, Artefill®, also chose her to be an injection trainer and only practitioners who successfully complete this training can administer Artefill®.
Her company, ExpertEsthetics, provides both online video training in advanced injection techniques as well as hands-on technique training for other practitioners.
Dr. Elliott also is a national and international trainer for Cutera Lasers, training other physicians in the use of aesthetic lasers in skin of all colors.
Because she's one of the busiest injectors of Botox Cosmetic & Juvederm in the country, Dr. Elliott has been awarded Platinum status, which means her patients are offered specials & promotions not available to less experienced practitioners.

Corinn Ziegler, PA-C
Corinn Ziegler, PA-C, is an aesthetics expert and a national trainer and educator in the field. Originally from Virginia, she earned her Bachelor’s at the University of North Carolina, and graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Barry University in Miami, Florida in 2002 with a Master’s in Medical Science. She entered the cosmetic industry in 2005 starting with lasers and transitioned to full-time facial aesthetics and injectables in 2008.
Corinn understands that aesthetic treatments are a combination of skilll, art, and science. She is an expert injector and a national trainer of Botulinum Toxin Type A and dermal fillers for physicians, physician extenders, and dentists. Corinn also works for a Facial Plastic Surgeon in Tampa Bay. She is known for her attention to detail and meticulous nature. Her artistry of aesthetics comes from both experience and an innately skilled sense of observation and symmetry. She has a gift for determining the best treatments needed to help clientele achieve their desired outcome while still looking like themselves. Patients praise her for her gentle touch, which is an extension of her compassion and empathy.

Gina Pastore, ARNP-C, MSN, ABAAHP
Gina Pastore has been in the medical field for over 20 years. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida, and received her Master Degree in Nursing at the University of South Florida as well. She has been practicing as an Advanced Registered Nurse for the past 14 years and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in Adult Health.
While completing her post graduate studies, Gina received several scholarships and was honored as a member of Sigma Theta Tao. Gina is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the National Association of Professional Women. She is also Board Certified, a Diplomat and Fellowship trained by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Gina has been practicing aesthetic medicine for the past 7 years and has a vast knowledge in aesthetic procedures including Botox, injectable fillers and laser therapy, as well as weight loss and anti-aging. Gina has extensive knowledge in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. She has a plethora of knowledge in pharmaceutical grade supplements, detox, and skincare. Gina believes in treating every client on an individual basis. She has written several articles on weight loss and aging, as well as Adrenal Dysfunction. Her beliefs and philosophy on achieving health and wellness incorporate balancing hormone levels, integrating proper nutrition and daily exercise. It is through this approach that Gina believes anyone can achieve optimal health at any age.
Gale Pin gleton, Licensed Aesthetician
Originally from Maryland, Gale is a licensed aesthetician with over 23 years of medical experience. Gale provides a wide assortment of medical level skin treatments not available in a salon or spa in addition to customized facials and has a devoted following among our patients. She'll be happy to develop a skin care program based on your individual goals and concerns. She has 3 daughters, 3 grandchildren and lives all the way over in Ruskin with her husband Austin. Melissa Kennow, Licensed Aesthetician & Patient Coordinator
Melissa Kennow is a licensed medical aesthetician & one of our Patient Coordinators with over 7 years experience in the aesthetics industry. She has a strong passion for and knowledge of the health and beauty industry and will be happy to assist you in creating and maintaining an effective skin care regimen. When not in her role as a Patient Coordinator, she also provides in-office treatments several days a week. Please feel free to ask her for recommendations or schedule a complimentary consultation.

Donna Monette,Licensed Aesthetician & Patient Coordinator
A native of Michigan, Donna relocated to Florida in 1976. A mother of three children, Donna graduated Phil Beta Kappa from the University of South Florida with a degree in Mass Communication. Donna worked in Corporate America for 10 years before joining the Aesthetics industry in 2002.
Donna is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and has spent the past eight years working with Dr. Bart Rademaker, a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Donna has a passion for client education. Her industry experience, confidence and product knowledge is apparent through her presentation and inspires her clients to achieve their best results possible.
An avid tennis player, when not working you will often find her on the courts!
Patricia Welch, Patient Coordinator
Patricia is a native Floridian from Panama City Beach. She just recently moved to the Saint Petersburg/Tampa area with her fiancee Micah and their dog MoMo. She most recently worked as a patient coordinator for a busy dermatology practice & has been working in the hospitality/medical field most of her life. Patricia will be more than happy to answer any questions & schedule your appointment at a time that's most convenient for you.

Angela Easley, Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Electrologist 
Angela Easley is our Medical Assistant, Laser Hair Reduction & Laser Nail Fungus technician who also has years of experience in skin care and aesthetic lasers. Her friendliness & her great laugh make each patient's experience a positive one and she goes over all of your post-treatment instructions to make sure you have all your questions answered. Originally from Michigan, Angela has a 4 year-old daughter named Mckenzie.
Rick LePrevost, RN, PA-C 
Rick LePrevost is our token male in the office who is not only a nurse, but also a Lieutenant with the St. Petersburg Fire Department & a paramedic to boot. Rick is originally from Cleveland but has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1986. He has 3 grown kids; Adam, Lindsey & Austen, who have all followed in one of his career paths except for the tattoo thing. In his little free time, he enjoys spearfishing, snowboarding and taking his 2 labrador retrievers for rides around the block.
Jeanne Wind, Financial Affairs & Records Officer (the Keeper of All Things Sacred)
Jeanne Wind has been with us essentially since we started, despite a temporary move to Miami and that crazy phase when she thought she wanted to retire. She has over 30 years of medical experience including over 25 years in cosmetic medicine and dermatology. Jeanne is from Mondovi, Wisconsin, don'cha know, and has one daughter and 2 grandchildren. She's an award-winning ballroom dancer and likes to catch up on her "soaps" in her free time. Jeanne is also our unofficial optimitistic "Life Coach".
Rhonda Wilkins, Special Events
Rhonda Wilkins is our only Florida native and she's one of our previous patient coordinators who still helps out with special events. She's enthusiastic and relentlessly positive which makes everyone's day that much brighter. Rhonda lives with her husband Mark and has 1 child out of the house and another still in college.
