Meet the Skinspirations Staff
The staff of an office can make your experience great or unpleasant and our staff is not only one of the friendliest & most knowledgable, they have over 100 years of combined medical experience. Hopefully we don't look it. Here's some information about each of us so you'll feel like you already know us.
Cynthia Elliott, M.D.

Cynthia Elliott, M.D. is a board certified physician who has been in practice in the Tampa Bay area since 1990. With a practice devoted exclusively to cosmetic medicine and laser procedures since 2005, she has the experience and the passion to provide the most state-of-the-art customized medical techniques with beautiful, natural-appearing results.
She is also a wimp. The benefit for patients is that she treats everyone as if they too are wimps, making treatments as comfortable as possible.
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Elliott obtained her M.D. from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and then completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Denver General Hospital and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
Before attending medical school she was enrolled in the Ph.D. program in Physiological Psychology at Indiana University where she taught and did research. She has been on staff at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital, University Community Hospital, Mease Countryside Hospital and served on the faculty of the USF School of Medicine. Currently Dr. Elliott serves as an Expert Witness in Cosmetic Medicine for the Florida Board of Medicine.
When cosmetic medicine began to emerge as a new area of medicine, Dr. Elliott did 2 years of training in cosmetic dermatology as well as in aesthetic lasers and other new nonsurgical techniques. Since then she has devoted her career exclusively to cosmetic medicine and is now one of the most experienced aesthetic physicians in Tampa Bay. She opened her cosmetic medical practice named Skinspirations in 2005.
Because of her reputation and experience with aesthetic injectables, she has been chosen by Allergan, the company that makes Botox® Cosmetic and Juvederm™, to be a speaker as well as a physician instructor. Suneva Medical, the makers of the first FDA approved permanent dermal filler, Artefill®, also chose her to be an injection trainer and only practitioners who successfully complete this training can administer Artefill®.
Her company, ExpertEsthetics, provides both online video training in advanced injection techniques as well as hands-on technique training for other practitioners.
Dr. Elliott also is a national and international trainer for Cutera Lasers, training other physicians in the use of aesthetic lasers in skin of all colors.
Because she's one of the busiest injectors of Botox Co smetic & Juvederm in the country, Dr. Elliott has been awarded Platinum status, which means her patients are offered specials & promotions not available to less experienced practitioners.

Dr. Elliott resides in the Clearwater area with her spousal equivalant Rick, 4 cats (what's one more), and 2 dogs. In her free time she enjoys tormenting Rick, watching independent films, killing house plants, and scuba diving.

Corinn Ziegler, PA-C
Corinn is another aesthetic medical expert who has been chosen by several companies, because of her reputation for results, to train other practitioners in the use of dermal fillers & neuromodulators. Great results require a combination of experience, knowledge & an artful eye, all of which Corinn brings to her patients. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise & Sports Science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, & earned her Master's from Barry University in Miami. Besides injectables, Corinn has over 6 years experience with multiple aesthetic lasers, allowing her to customize any combination of treatments to help her patients realize their appearance goals. Corinn is married to Carl, who we're dying to meet soon.
Gale Pingleton, Medical Aesthetician
Originally from Maryland, Gale is a licensed aesthetician with over 20 years of medical experience. Gale provides a wide assortment of medical level skin treatments not available in a salon or spa in addition to customized facials and has a devoted following among our patients. She'll be happy to develop a skin care program based on your individual goals and concerns. She has 3 daughters, 2 grandchildren and lives all the way over in Ruskin with her husband Austin. Michele Harris, Patient Coordinator
Michele Harris is our senior Patient Coordinator who can answer any questions you may have when you call and will schedule your consultation or treatment at the most convenient time possible for you. She's had over 5 years experience in cosmetic medicine, is an alumnus of Sephora, and she's also an aesthetician. Michele has 2 chihuahas named Winnie & Nelson and you may find that she has a very wry sense of humor.
Melissa Kennow, Patient Coordinator
Our 2nd Patient Coordinator, Melissa Kennow is a licensed medical skin care specialist with over four years experience in the aesthetics industry. She has a strong passion for and knowledge of the health and beauty industry. Melissa firmly believes that looking your best on the outside is the result of leading a healthy active lifestyle, laughing, sleeping, the right skincare regimen and a little Botox. She loves spinning, pilates, reading, and cooking. Originally from Wisconsin, Melissa fits right into this office of Midwesterners and looks forward to assisting and educating the patients at Skinspirations.
Angela Easley, Licensed Medical Assitant
Angela Easley is our Medical Assistant but is another Skinspirations staff member with years of experience in skin care and aesthetic lasers. Her friendliness & her great laugh make each patient's experience a positive one and she goes over all of your post-treatment instructions to make sure you have all your questions answered. Originally from Michigan, Angela and her man Patrick have a 2 year-old daughter named Mckenzie.
Rick LePrevost, RN
Rick LePrevost is our token male in the office who is not only a nurse, but also a Lieutenant with the St. Petersburg Fire Department as well as a paramedic. Rick is originally from Cleveland but has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1986. He has 3 grown kids; Adam, Lindsey & Austen, who have all followed in one of his career paths except for the tattoo thing. In his little free time, he enjoys spearfishing, snowboarding and taking his 2 labrador retrievers for rides.
Jennifer Wilson, Massage Therapist (MA 37275) Endermologie & Lipomassage
Another stable Midwesterner, Jennifer Wilson is originally from Minnesota. She is a licensed massage therapist and is also certified in Endermologie including Lipomassage. Jennifer's favorite pastimes are golf and trading stocks. She lives with her man Dan and their dog, Sherman, in Safety Harbor.
Jeanne Wind, Financial Affairs & Records Officer (the Keeper of All Things Sacred)
Jeanne Wind has been with us essentially since we started, despite a temporary move to Miami and that crazy phase when she thought she wanted to retire. She has over 30 years of medical experience including over 20 years in cosmetic medicine and dermatology. Jeanne is from Mondovi, Wisconsin, don'cha know, and has one daughter and 2 grandchildren. She's an award-winning ballroom dancer and likes to catch up on her "soaps" in her free time. Jeanne is also our unofficial "Life Coach".
Rhonda Wilkins, Special Events
Rhonda Wilkins is our only Florida native and she's one of our previous patient coordinators who still helps out with special events. She's enthusiastic and relentlessly positive which makes everyone's day that much brighter. Rhonda lives with her husband Mark and has 1 child out of the house and another still in college.
